By commissioning me you agree to follow everything outlined within this text. Failure to do so will result in potential blacklist from any future commissions. If you do not understand something you're encouraged to ask me to clarify it for you.
TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
i. I reserve the right to deny any commission with or without providing a reason
ii. Artistic copyright will always remain in my name. This means my work cannot be edited without permission, traced, copied, heavily referenced, or anything else along these lines and needs to be properly credited. Under no circumstance should my signature be removed from an artwork.
iii. I expect active communication between both parties, and if you will not be reachable for an extended period of time to inform me in advance when possible, as I shall do the same.
iv. Time of completion will vary greatly but should be able to be completed within two months (60 days) in most instances. (I typically try to finish all commissions with one month - 30 days)
v. Edits should be requested as updates are provided as larger edits to the finished product may be denied. After final product is sent the commissioner has 1 week (unless previously discussed) to request any final edits. I do typically keep files at least 30 days, but I cannot guarantee changes after the 1 week mark.
2. PAYMENT
i. Payment must be sent in full at the time of commission. Work will not begin until payment is received.
ii. All payments must be sent as USD through PayPal only.
a) Must be sent as Goods and Services with no shipping address attached.
iii. Refunds will only be provided if I cancel or I am not able to complete your commission.
3. RESELLING/TRADING
i. Any commissioned artwork of original characters is expected to travel with the ownership of the character itself, and cannot be resold on it own.
ii. Custom Designs (Including Litter References) may be resold and traded as the owner pleases, as long as design credit always remains on any new references created for the character.
iii. I do not take commissions for commercial purposes. All of my artwork is intended for personal use only.
a) this is not referring to tag bases or the like.
