TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to follow everything outlined within this text. Failure to do so will result in potential blacklist from any future commissions. If you do not understand something you're encouraged to ask me to clarify it for you.
1. General Information
i. I reserve the right to deny any commission, with or without providing a reason
ii. Artistic copyright will always remain in name for any works produced. This means my work cannot be edited without permission, traced, copied, heavily references, or anything else along these lines and needs to be properly credited. Under no circumstance should my signature be removed from my artwork.
iii. I expect active communication between both parties, and if you will not be reachable for an extended period of time you are expected to inform me in advance when possible, as I shall do the same.
iv. Time of completion will vary due to different factors. Commissions should be completed in no more than two and a half months (75 days) after ordering, with most orders completed within one month (30 days).
v. Edits should be requested as updates are provided, as requests for larger edits to a finished product may be denied. After final product is sent the commissioner has 1 week (unless previously discussed) to request any additional edits. I do typically keep files at least 30 days, but cannot guarantee changes after 1 week.
vi. My artwork may not be used in any manner for purposes of training or interacting with AI models.
2. Payment
i. All payments must be sent as USD through Paypal Invoice only, and paid within 48 hours unless previously discussed. If payment is not received your commission slot will be forfeited.
ii. A full refund will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Refund requested prior to artwork being started
- I, Krazikitteh, choose to cancel your commission on my own terms
- You have not received your completed commission within 75 days after payment has been sent.
iii. If a refund is requested after work has begun, an appropriate partial refund will be offered.
iv. Filing a chargeback will result in an immediate blacklist.
3. Resale & Trading
i. Any commissioned artwork of original characters is expected to travel with the ownership of the character itself, and cannot be resold on its own.
ii. Custom Designs (Including Litter Designs) may be resold and traded as the owner pleases, as long as design credit always remains on any new references created for the character.
iii. I do not take commissions for commercial purposes. All my artwork is intended for personal use only.
a) Tag bases and similar are not included in this statement.
